- No pets are allowed
- Cancellation or changes of package reservation can be made until 18:00 2 days prior to check-in date. A penalty fee equal to one-night's stay will be charged to any cancellation or changes made after that time.
- For 24th and 31st of December, cancellations or changes are permitted until 6:00 PM (local time), 21 days prior to check-in. If not cancelled by this deadline, a charge for one night’s stay will be applied to the credit card provided as a guarantee for the reservation.
- Applying adhesive materials such as glues, decals, stickers, or tapes inside the room is strongly prohibited. Please contact SIGNIEL Service in advance at +82-2-3213-1000 in case you plan to decorate the room for special occasions.
