- No pets are allowed.
- Cancellation or modification of reservation can be made until 6:00PM, 2 days before your check-in day. A penalty fee equal to one-night's stay will be charged to any cancellation or changes made after that time.
- Applying adhesive materials such as glue, decals, stickers, or tapes inside the room is strongly prohibited. Please contact SIGNIEL Service in advance at +82-2-3213-1000 in case you plan to decorate the room for special occasions.
