Regular reservations may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) 2 days before check-in. A separate cancellation policy applies to specific promotions or packages.
If your reservation is changed or canceled after the free cancellation deadline, a penalty equivalent to the rate of the first night of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.

Cancellations or changes to reservations for December 24th or 31st are possible until 6:00 PM (in the time zone of the hotel location) 21 days before check-in.
