La Seine is a stylish, upscale buffet at LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL where over 200 dishes are made on-the-spot by expert chefs in the open studio-style kitchen. The restaurant is divided into eight live stations, including Asian cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Western cuisine, a noodle bar, cold meals, Korean grill, desserts, and drinks so that guests can sample exquisite dishes from around the world.
