* Reissue of wristbands is possible only upon presentation of the receipt at the time of purchase.
[Usage restrictions]
- Over 4 years old / Over 100cm tall / Under 100kg weight
- Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Junior and senior high school students are required to have a parent or guardian sign for them.
- Elderly visitors will be judged by the guide based on their health condition.
- The restrictions above are the minimum base requirements to be able to participate.
-If you are unable to wear a harness, helmet, or other equipment in a safe manner, you may not be able to use the tour even if you meet the above criteria.

Village station 1F Ticketing center
* We cannot issue the passes in advance.
On the day of your visit, please make you way over to the Information counter inside the Village Station to get your Adventure Pass
* Numbered tickets are required for the Playground and Tree Adventure.(Issued on the day of use)
* Please note that adventures are a first-come-first-served basis, and some adventures may not be available depending on congestion and reception hours.
* Guests staying at the hotel can purchase the tickets at a discounted rate.
(Please inform the staff at the counter that you are staying at the hotel.)
* Please note that even if you purchase the Adventure Pass through any third-party travel agencies in advance, there is no guarantee that you will be given entry at the time of your choice.
