- Guests are requested to check-in on the 1st floor of LOTTE HOTEL HANOI before 11:00 PM.
- To check-in, please present the entrance voucher to our staff to receive an entry wristband, and keep it on throughout the night. Your wristband may need to be shown upon request.
- Each voucher is valid for a single entry and can be exchanged for one wristband per person.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed. A special food and drink menu will be available at Top of Hanoi.
- For a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests to follow any guidance from our security and event staff.
- The vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
