- Local Stitch Creator Town Seogyo is a co-living space with various members. Please be informed that hotel-grade service is not provided.
- Please be respectful and considerate of others when using common areas, which are available for everyone’s use.
- For long-term stays, you will be informed of cleaning days before check-in. If cleaning is scheduled once a week, extra towels and toilet paper will be provided.
- Disposal of waste upon check-out is mandatory. Please leave the space tidy.
- For large amounts of ordinary waste (over 3 nights), please purchase large garbage bags from a nearby convenience store and place the waste inside and leave it in the waste collection area.
- Use of disposable products is kept to a minimum. Aside from the amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner and body wash), please bring personal toiletries, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste.
- Guests staying for 2 or more nights may be provided with additional towels upon request in accordance with the number of nights.
- Cooking is not allowed in rooms.
- Minors are not allowed to stay unless accompanied by legal guardians.
- Guests may be liable for room items that are damaged or lost due to negligence.
