■ Be Free
The Be Free course is one of our more interesting runs, giving you options to head left to happy place, or off right into funaishi whenever you like. It even ends at the bottom of the Zendana lift, letting you pop back onto the lift again with no delay for more powdery fun. FIS approved
■ Bear Valley
Heading left and down the mountain, Bear Valley connects the top of Zendana Lift to the top of the Kokenashi lift and the start of Myoko Long run. Be advised that there is a small black rated section near the middle, and you will have to take the gondola to get back up to Be Free or Encore.
A short cut heading straight down to the top of Sanroku 2nd Lift. It connects down to Umanose in a near straight line.

After a 10 minute hike heading left after getting off the gondola, you will arrive at Legendary. Like the name itself, Legendary will make you feel like a Legend going though all 3 steeps in the course. Be an envy to the people on the gondola above as you streak past underneath them on all the powder.

Get off Kokenashi lift, head left then straight down through Exciter. Where do you end up? right at the start of Kokenashi for another round of adrenaline.

The name comes from "Mamushi" and "gaeshi (hikkuri-kaesu)" which means "Viper" and "return (to flip)"in Japanese. It is in local folk lore that this course is too steep so that vipers flip over trying to climb up. Try your chances at the course, and be careful not to flip over yourself.
