When re-purchasing, please show proof of use (used Adventure Pass, payment receipt).
* The pass is valid for this stay only. (Not applicable for your previous stay)
* Reissue of wristbands is possible only upon presentation of the receipt at the time of purchase.
[Usage restrictions]
- Over 4 years old / Over 100cm tall / Under 100kg weight
- Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Junior and senior high school students are required to have a parent or guardian sign for them.
- Elderly visitors will be judged by the guide based on their health condition.
- The above restrictions are based on standard values.
-If you are unable to wear a harness, helmet, or other equipment in a safe manner, you may not be able to use the tour even if you meet the above criteria.

* Numbered tickets (issued on the day of use) are required for the Playground and Tree Adventure.
* Please note that not all adventures may be available depending on congestion and reception hours.
* Guests staying at the hotel can purchase the tickets at a discounted rate.
(Please inform the on-site receptionist that you are staying at the hotel.)
* Special rates are available for Adventure Pass customers who have used the Adventure Pass the day before.
(Please present your receipt or Adventure Pass at the reception desk.)
* Please note that even if you make a reservation through Jalan in advance,
there is no guarantee that you will be given priority entrance at the time of your choice.
